用开水烫是为了去生味，断生就行了，然后我们调好肉馅，肉馅根据你个人口味调就行
把肉馅夹进西葫芦片里，摆进盘子里，摆整齐，放上小米椒点缀
放入蒸笼里
西葫芦上锅，锅内水烧开后再蒸10分钟
