事情是这样的,今天我家领导想吃韭菜盒子,赶上我有点忙也着实的不太想和面醒面擀皮之类的,觉得有点繁琐。经常做饭的都懂,没有心情或者不想做的时候,菜品往往也都非常的不好吃。所以为了能顺利交差,也能让自己偷个懒,省个事,就琢磨着自己最拿手的早餐博饼能不能做皮包韭菜盒子呢?于是说干就干就有了之一张图的方形简易快手版韭菜盒子,你要问我味道口感如何?嘿嘿,我顺利 *** 的完成了领导给的任务,你懂的!
快手版韭菜盒子做法
说了这么多,主要是让大家不要误会,传统的韭菜盒子还是有些基本的要求的,可以参考我发的文章或者 *** ,那么我这个属于非传统快手简易版,做饭的目的不一定是非要多正宗,更多的是要,你想去做,做自己的味道,给家人更多的美食享受,可能它不谈不上多传统正宗,但肯定是你的用心之作,用心了,肯定能出好味道,您说呢!
做法如下:
材料:韭菜、木耳、熟猪肉、香油、生抽、盐、胡椒粉
1、韭菜洗净后切碎
2、这里用的是猪肉,因为冰箱里正好有一块煮熟的猪肉,本来是打算做回锅肉的,正好就用上了,其实用猪肉还是用蛋碎都可以,看个人喜好了
3、将切碎的韭菜,木耳,猪肉放入碗里,加香油,胡椒,生抽,盐调味,说到这个调味,其实简单就好,因为要的就是韭菜的香味,过多的调料会盖住这个味道
4、倒入香油的目的一是为了增香,二是让韭菜锁住水分,保持爽嫩的口感,吃起来味道更棒
5、这个是今天的主角,面糊,很稀的面糊,因为不想和面,所以用这个面糊来代替了
6、平底锅里不用放油,将稀面糊取一勺倒入锅里摊匀后,两面烙至微微焦黄就好。这里你可能会问了,这不就是摊病吗?对,这就是摊饼,当然也是简易版的,你可以用它来卷各种食材,就是饼卷一切了,惊喜不,嘿嘿。
这里有个小窍门,面糊要稀,这样饼才够薄。饼一定要烙至微微焦黄,也就是彻底熟透,虽然有一点点发干,但在包的时候弯折的地方就不容易开裂了
7、取适量的韭菜馅放在中间,叠起一头,再折起两边,最后翻转过来就包好了,是不是比和面擀皮包省事很多呢
8、平底锅倒少许油,将包好的韭菜盒子两面煎至金黄就做好了
9、因为饼是熟的,而且自身水分在烙的时候就挥发了很多,再经过油的高温煎制,很容易就做到外酥里嫩的效果,那口感,简直是棒棒哒!
