这是一个激烈斗争的领域，也是一个高度敏感的领域。
哪个领域？
*** ！
我们也不用回避，在过去相当长一段时间， *** 都是西方指手画脚的抓手，很多发展中国家，包括中国在内，都比较被动，有一种挨骂难还手的尴尬。
但形势也在发生变化，9月20日，中国就干了一件漂亮事。
这一天，在意大利首都罗马，开了一场名为“中欧 *** 研讨会”，探讨的主题就是“现代化与 *** 文明多样 *** ”。
我很荣幸也到现场参加，线上线下，有来自中国等16个国家的130多名 *** 。很多是国内法学领域的权威学者，还有不少外国的知名专家。
你没看错， *** 研讨会，在罗马召开。
现场的会议室，坐得满满当当，不少人只能站着。
而且，在脸谱、抖音等国内外社交平台，研讨会全程直播。
西方认为我们会回避不谈，但我们偏偏大声谈，到罗马来谈，公开来谈，讨论讨论现代化和 *** 文明的多样 *** 。
这样的 *** ，这样的自信，坦率地说，感觉还是很不寻常的。
在现场， *** 研究会会长白玛赤林就说：罗马不是一天建成的， *** 事业的发展完善也不是一蹴而就的，需要我们日日精进、久久为功，在此，我也向各位嘉宾真诚发出邀请，欢迎大家到中国走一走、看一看，感受一下中国发展的日新月异和 *** 保障的实践。
说我们 *** 不行？
你们实地来走一走、看一看嘛。
肯定，百闻不如一见。
什么是斗争艺术？
这就是斗争艺术。
研讨很热烈，印象很深刻的，是意大利前 *** 长、罗马大学法学院迪利贝托先生的出场。
虽然就在罗马，老先生却没有到现场， *** 参加了。
为什么？
当他出现在屏幕上，全场都笑了，因为他左眼还贴着两条膏 *** ，没有像朔尔茨一样戴黑眼罩，但左眼同样挂了彩。
但即便这样抱病在身，为什么迪院长还要出席？
就是对这个研讨会的特别看重。按照迪利贝托的说法，因为这样的学术交流，是一种很好的沟通形式，为中国和欧洲构建了很好的桥梁。
用他的话说，我们之间不能筑墙，要多沟通，中国和意大利其实都承认文明的不同，我们需要求同存异，寻找共同合作的目标。
不得不说，他眼睛有恙，但眼光却很独到。
这样的研讨，确实引发强烈的共鸣。
什么是 *** ？
相信100个人眼中，可能有100个 *** 概念。但有一点是明确的，对很多国家来说， *** 首先是生存权和发展权。
没有生存， *** 何在？
没有发展， *** 有啥？
没有对比，就更看不到进步。没有公正，又何谈 *** ？
在罗马举行的论坛，中国在脱贫攻坚上的巨大成就，世界 *** 领域存在的双标，让与会的外国嘉宾感慨不已。
（二）
这次论坛，给我留下印象深刻的，还有来自英国上议院议员戴维逊勋爵的发言。
他就坦陈，英国一些政 *** 派别，特别喜欢用 *** 的字眼，来攻击其他国家的政 *** ，他们总是发号施令其他国家遵守 *** ，但自己却又拒绝遵守其中的观念，这是怎样的讽刺？
还有中国人民大学重阳金融研究院执行院长王文先生，他讲了自己这次在罗马观察到的三个现象。
1，欧洲很脏，罗马很脏，按照王文的说法，以中国的评选标准，罗马是评不到文明城市的；2,欧洲很贵，普遍物价比北京至少贵了二三倍，但意大利人收入也不算很高；3，欧洲很多设备老化了，大街上几乎看不到新能源车，但在中国，新能源车随处可见。
由此，带来的一个问题就是，他现在更担心欧洲人的 *** ，所以，我们都要避免无知，避免傲慢，要相互尊重 *** 的发展。
他的“批评”，多少有些调侃的成分，也算是诤友的一种告诫吧。
最后，三点我个人的看法吧。
之一，还是要正视 *** 。
真的， *** 不是西方的专利，应是我们全人类的共同权利。坦率地说，每个国家，包括中国在内，在 *** 上都还有一些不足的地方。
其他国家不管，但对我们来说，还是要正视，要取长补短，要有则改之、无则加勉。
在这个问题上，越是回避，西方越会妖魔化，我们就会越被动。
在 *** 问题上，没有更好，只有更好。不断取得进步，我们就会更主动，我们应该也有这个充分的自信。
第二，还是要善于斗争。
说实话，在当前这个复杂的世界，敢于斗争，很难，善于斗争，更难。
但这更是考验水平和能力的时候。
*** 领域很敏感，是西方抹黑我们的一个重要抓手，但恰恰是我们，取得了让世界惊艳的 *** 进步，尤其是脱贫的历史 *** 成就。这让全 *** 赞叹不已。
什么是德政？
我总觉得，这就是更大的德政！
我们就应该坦坦荡荡地说出来，通过各种方式，讲好中国故事，让世界看到我们 *** 的进步，反击某些人的不实指控。
所以，我看到，在现场，很多外国专家对中国的脱贫赞不绝口。
世界人民的眼睛，毕竟是雪亮的。
第三，还是要自信坦然。
我看到，这次会议的组织方就很用心，基本都是一个中国嘉宾，然后一个欧洲嘉宾，现场有交锋，有观点的碰撞，但更有 *** 和共鸣。
就要这样主动出击，设计好话题，让全世界想一想， *** 到底怎么样？世界还需要怎样做？
这次论坛，还有一个特点，就是让外国朋友大胆地讲，讲他们对 *** 的理解和认识，讲他们国家 *** 的进步和挑战，也讲他们对 *** 的看法和建议。
更重要的，这种第三者的眼光，更让世界看到我们的进步，当然，还有我们的一些不足，以及我们还能为世界做什么贡献？
*** 研究会 *** 唐献文，在英文演讲中，更是提到了两句名言。一句是西方的格言：条条大路通罗马；一句是中国的成语：殊途同归。
*** 就应该这样，这个世界，没有唯一的标准，但可以相互借鉴，从而推进世界的 *** 进步。
我听了很多嘉宾的发言，感觉最集中的意见，还有一个，就是对西方傲慢和偏见的反感。
这也不仅仅局限于 *** 领域。
意大利国家研究院国际法研究所前所长马塞利就说，欧洲一些人总喜欢居高临下，比如，在电动汽车上，他认为中国取得了重大进步，但欧盟领 *** 近却在威胁要制裁。
“这是非常可悲、可怜的威胁，她仿佛自己是世界主人一样。”他调侃。

重阳节，教老外学古诗词重阳节，农历九月初九，二九相重，称为“重九”，民间在该日有登高的风俗，所以重阳节又称“登高节”。还有重九节、茱萸、菊花节等说法。由于九月初九“九九”谐音是“久久”，有长久之意，所以常在此日祭祖与推行敬老活动。
重阳节与除、清、盂三节也是中国传统节日里祭祖的四大节日。

据现存史料考证，重阳节的源头，可追溯到远古时代。《吕氏春秋·季秋纪》有载，古人在九月农作物丰收之时祭天帝、祭祖，以谢天帝、祖先恩德的活动。这是重阳节作为秋季丰收祭祀活动而存在的原始形式。重阳节起始于远古，成型于春秋战国，普及于西汉，鼎盛于唐代以后。“重阳节”之名称记载，见于三国时代; 至魏晋时，节日气氛渐浓，有了赏菊、饮酒的习俗，倍受文人墨客吟咏; 到了唐代被列为国家认定的节日，此后历朝历代沿袭至今。重阳祭祖民俗相沿数 *** ，是具有深刻意义的一个古老民俗。重阳与除夕、清明、中元并称中国传统四大祭祖节日。至此，从重阳节成型的春秋战国时期算起，重阳节至今已经有五千多年的历史。

老年人如何过好“重阳节”? 这个问题似乎没有统一 *** ，根据年龄大小、健康状况、心情等，量力而行，可选择缓步登高，信步赏菊，踏赏秋景，散步枫林，祭祖祈福，饮宴求寿等活动，赏心悦目、强身健体、快乐开心地度过老年节。

四、重阳节感悟： “自尊”“尊老”，和谐相处
这个问题或许触碰到社会的热点。近年来，一方面，全社会尊老、敬老、爱老、助老的风气越来越浓厚，每当看到一幕幕慷慨助老的感人短 *** ，每当听到催人泪下的敬老故事等，为新时期社会的文明进步而感动、感慨、感怀。另一方面，有些媒体也曝光一些老年人“为老不尊、为老不敬”的镜头和场景（如公交车上强行让年轻人让座位等等），看后使人唏嘘不已，产生了强烈的疑问，“如今的老年人怎么啦？”“难道真的是为老不尊吗？”。作为今日头条的一名创作者，对此问题思考良久，在这里从 “自尊”和“尊老”两个维度谈谈自己的四点感想感悟，期待老幼和谐相处、社会和谐发展。一是老年人应努力做到“老有所为，老有所乐，老有所学”，在身体健康允许的范围内为家庭和社会做些力所能及的事情。在家庭里，为正处在“压力山大”的“八零后、九零后”分担一些家务等，减轻他们的生活压力；在社会里（公共场合里等），注意自己言行举止，做到谈吐文明、举止优雅、待 *** 气，充分显示老年人良好的道德修养和长者的高尚风范。有一技之长的，也可以做一名”银龄志愿者”，为社会发挥点余热。二是老年人须养成终身学习的习惯，与时俱进，不断更新生活理念，努力适应 *** 与发展中的社会生活，努力减少“看不惯”的心理冲突，使自己的晚年生活更舒心、更开心、更幸福。三是期待社会更加关爱老年人，关注他们日常生活，不断创造条件满足老年人特别是高龄老人保健的需求（如建设更多、更实惠的养老院，免费乘坐公共交通等）。四是期待年轻人尊重、理解、包容老年人，能够从身边事做起，尊敬长辈，孝敬父母，经常回家看看，问寒问暖，如同父母呵护与疼爱年幼时的自己一样！名言到“老吾老以及人之老，幼吾幼以及人之幼”，同时，年轻人多从老年人生理和心理逐渐蜕变的角度，读懂老年人，理解老年人，少一点指责，多一份包容；少一点误解，多一点沟通；少一点冷漠，多一点真诚。老年人和年轻人都是社会的组成部分，而且随着时间推移，今天的年轻人有一天也会变成老年人，所以“敬老”和“自尊”是辩证的统一，和谐相处，携手同行，才是王道！
